The whole apartment has been decorated by an interior designer and has very nice designers furniture. The whole property comes with wooden floors and is finished in the best way possible.

Entering the apartment on the first floor, you will find yourself in a huge living with open dining and semi open design kitchen with all appliances. On the next floor you will find the master bedroom with dressing room, a large double bed and wardrobes. From here you have access to the bathroom with walk in rain shower and a bath tub with TV. Another large bedroom which is currently in use as child’s bedroom now can also be found on this floor as well as a large walk in closet.

On the next floor you will find another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the washing machine and dryer. Here you will also find the door to the large roof terrace with hard wood finishing, lots of privacy and a terrific view from your 4 person Jacuzzi. This floor can also been used for a nanny as it has a private bathroom, bedroom and living room.

Multiple large flat panel TV’s can be found throughout the house and only the best materials were used. Cleaning of the property once a month is included in the rent.
